The travel range the reference lines actually have to cover. It is the difference between the narrowest and the widest recipe — not the same as the total working width of the machine.
travel · working width
The stored set of position and dimension values for one product. Target positions are defined per product, and the recipe is called up when the product changes.
product setup · stored setting
The maximum deviation of the projected laser line from its target position. On ServoMotion systems it is ±1.00 mm. It should not be confused with the cutting tolerance of the product.
±1.00 mm
The vertical distance between the laser module and the material surface. It determines line thickness, focus setting and the tolerance on mounting angle.
mounting height
The projected line the operator works to when aligning material or a machine element. It does not cut; it shows a position.
The reference line showing where the edge of the material has to sit. It is the most common reference type in laying and feeding applications.
The position the centreline of the material has to meet. In symmetrical laying it holds both edges against a common centre.
The layout that defines how the lasers are arranged on Core Precisor. Six configurations (K1–K6) cover single/dual channel and fixed/moving laser combinations.
K1 – K6
One motion zone. In a single channel the lasers move one after another along the same path; in a dual channel two zones move independently.
The single servo axis that runs on the lower rail of Shuttle Precisor. It carries the laser carriages one by one to their recipe positions, then returns to its home position.
The unit on the middle rail that holds one laser module. It locks mechanically to the rail once it reaches its position.
The parking area at the end of the rail where carriages not used by the current recipe wait. When the recipe grows, they come into service without additional hardware.
The sum of required travel range, reserve zone and safety margin. Rail assembly dimensioning follows from it.
The time from calling up a recipe until every reference line has reached its position. In the shuttle architecture it grows with carriage count and travel range, but not linearly.
The ability of the reference lines to return to the same position each time the same recipe is called up. It is the measure of how far setup has stopped depending on the individual operator.
Continuous encoder feedback of the servo axis position, compared against the target. It allows the system to correct position error itself.
encoder feedback
The industrial communication link between line automation and the system. Recipe data and status information travel over it.
saha veri yolu
The industrial controller that runs the line. It passes target positions to the servo drive and monitors status.
The power unit that drives the servo motor to speed and position commands. It keeps motion smooth and holds position accurately.
The thickness of the projected laser line on the material. Together with working distance and focus, it determines how readable the line is.
The optical setting for the distance at which the laser line appears thinnest. It is reviewed again whenever the working distance changes.
Red or green. The choice follows surface colour, gloss and ambient lighting; on dark or glossy surfaces, green can be easier to read.
The degree of protection a component offers against dust and water. IP54 is a typical value for the laser modules.
The stage after the system is mounted on the line: defining recipes, verifying positions and running with real product.
