SITE SURVEY AND MEASUREMENT
We survey the line on site: required travel range, mounting points, working distance, vibration, surface and ambient light.
SERVICE AND COMMISSIONING
An alignment system starts working the moment it is mounted on the line and the operator makes it part of the daily routine. That is why mechanical design, commissioning, operator handover and spare parts are all covered within a single scope.
SERVICE CHANNELS
Three channels for three different needs. If you are not sure where to start, contact the helpdesk and we will direct you to the right place.
A problem on the line? First assessment by phone, a remote check and, where needed, an on-site intervention with the spare part required. The page also lists what to have ready before you call.
Open a support request →If a component has to be examined in our workshop: prior assessment, return number, packing rules, inspection report and redelivery.
See the return process →Application notes are requested by entering your email address. The operating manual, wiring diagram and calibration record are system-specific and requested by serial number.

This is our standard process. The scope of each project is defined in writing in the quotation.
01
We survey the line on site: required travel range, mounting points, working distance, vibration, surface and ambient light.
02
Housing dimensions, mounting interface and supporting structure are designed for the application; manufacturing and assembly take place in our own workshop.
03
Recipe structure, operator panel and data exchange with line automation are prepared before commissioning.
04
The system is mounted on the line, mechanical references are established, and power and data connections are made.
05
Recipes are defined, positions are verified and the system is run with real product.
06
Panel use, recipe definition and daily checks are practised with the operator and the maintenance team.
AFTERWARDS
In the shuttle architecture all movement is concentrated in one servo axis and the carriages carry no moving electrical connections.
Laser modules, carriages and drive components can be replaced individually, and the critical spare parts list is agreed at handover.
Where the automation infrastructure allows it, fault diagnosis and recipe support can be provided remotely.
As the recipe grows, carriages can be added without replacing the rail assembly; the reserve area is planned for this from the start.
Warranty period, scope and response conditions vary by project and are defined in writing in the quotation.
Send us your support, spare part or extension request for a ServoMotion system already in service.
We share technical articles, application examples and product updates by email as they are published, to make system selection and investment decisions easier.
