WHAT DATA WE PROCESS

We process only the data you provide to us yourself. Through the contact and request forms on the site, this is typically: company name, contact person, email address, telephone number and the technical details you share about your line. No account is created on the site and no payment data is collected.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE

To answer your enquiry, to prepare a technical assessment or a quotation, to send the documents you requested, and to maintain the commercial relationship where one is established. Your data is not used for any other purpose and is not sold to third parties.

LEGAL BASIS

Processing is based on the performance of a contract or on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to us. Where a newsletter subscription is involved, the basis is your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Enquiries that do not result in a commercial relationship are kept for a reasonable period for follow-up purposes and then deleted. Where a commercial relationship is established, data is kept for the retention periods required by the applicable legislation.

TRANSFER

Your data is not transferred abroad. It may be shared with our service providers — hosting and email infrastructure — only to the extent necessary for the service to function, and with public authorities where required by law.
